Shipping prices

We never mark up shipping. The price shown is the carrier’s rate. Large cartons can incur UPS dimensional and oversize charges. We continually work to reduce these costs through better packaging and logistics.

Customers who arrange and receive their own freight may qualify for product discounts on freight orders.

Corrugated material variation

Natural variations in cardboard stiffness can occur between production runs. These variations are normal in the carton industry and do not indicate reduced mailer performance. We do not issue refunds or discounts solely for normal stiffness variations.
