1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives in an unusable condition due to significant damage during transit, we want to make it right.
Reporting:
Please contact us at whiplash@whiplash-lpmailer.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Required:
Include your order number and clear photos showing:

The damaged item
-
The original packaging (including the shipping box)
Resolution:
Once the damage is verified, we will issue a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
2. Standard Returns
We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs:
As a small margin business, we are unable to provide prepaid return labels. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Before You Order:
Return shipping rates can be significant. We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications (such as size, quantity, and compatibility) before placing your order to ensure the item meets your needs.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is unused and in original condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
