A Note About Shipping Prices

We never mark up shipping—the price you see is the carrier’s rate. We’re always working to reduce shipping costs through better packaging and logistics. Lower rates for 75 qty and up V03 Lite are already live.  

For our other big boxes, its just very expensive from UPS for Ground service on these dimensionally large and heavy boxes as they charge an additional $27 per box in Oversize surcharges on top of our discounted Ground rates.

Fluctuations in Cardboard stiffness/softness are a natural part of the carton industry and while we appreciate our customers concerns when they feel something is 'not the way they remember it' we assure the performance of our mailers from years and hundreds of thousands of successful LP shipments across all these same fluctuations.  We do not refund or discount in these cases.
